During the SWITCH training, participants are part of an international like-minded community, within which they can develop their idea and create their own project with support from the team and the other participants.

During O3, participants were provided with the opportunity to present the business project they developed to a panel of jury members and a live audience. The primary objective of this pitching event is to serve as a training ground for future meetings in a professional context (job interviews, potential partners or more generally in negotiation situations).

The objectives of the Project Marathon were the following:
● Promote social diversity
● Support teamwork
● Collaborate with the tools of collective intelligence
● Learn and pass on to peers
● Master/improve oral expression : self-expression, adequate vocabulary, syntax, etc.
● Understand body language: posture during a presentation, do not cross your arms, look the jury in the eye, stand up straight, and wear suitable clothes, etc.
● Know how to present a project: practice pitching in front of a jury
