02 is the second phase of the SWITCH project.
​
It consists of a support for young project leaders via training in eco-entrepreneurship, divided into 4 learning modules:

The first module serves as an introduction, a sort of feasibility study with sequences on the maturation of an idea, on what it means to become an entrepreneur and how to represent it, on market research, on financing and externalities.

The second module focuses on the financial side of the project with sequences on the business plan and marketing.

The third module is dedicated to communication, its implementation and the different strategies that can be adopted.

The last module is more specific and deals with the different jurisdictions depending on the country (France, Spain and Czech Republic) and the choice of statutes.

Each report was reviewed by an expert in the field, and the same applies to the content made available to ensure quality training.
​
Participants acquire transversal skills to help them define their project and better grasp social/environmental entrepreneurship in general.
